All sales are final. We do not ship items for tests, so please carefully read our listing and check item compatibility  before bidding. 
If the package is returned to us because buyer provided wrong or undeliverable address, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges (re-shipping).
 Damaged on Arrival reports must be sent in 2 days after the item is received. No  claim can be filled over 2 days after package delivery.
If your purchased item is damaged on arrival, please take picture of the defect and of the box and email them to Us. We will forward these pictures to the shipping company and fill a Claim with shipping company. report must be filled on Your side too
We are not responsible for Import duties and taxes, charges are not included in the item price. Please check with your country's customs office for details if any additional charges may be applied to Your purchase.
If our product is purchased by mistake  the buyer is responsible for all shipping back charges. Shipping charges and 20% of item price handling commission are nonrefundable. 
Returned item condition terms. The item has to be returned in original packaging, undamaged and without any sign of installation attempt. Refund will be issued  after the product is received back and inspected.(deducting shipping charge)
If the item does not comply with returned item condition terms - 50% of item's price will be refunded only. If the item is badly damaged/modified due to unprofessional installation - there will be no refund.
If the item is Lost in transit, we will fill a claim and a refund will be issued after Claim is approved.
